Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The pool was shockingly cold. I tried to brave it for four days but failed. It was way colder than expected. The hotel did not communicate that the Lagos Festival would be taking place. The setup was right outside my room. Sleep was impossible Friday night. The breakfast buffet often served lukewarm food. The English bacon looked practically raw. Sheets weren't changed, despite using the provided card. The fridge water tasted just like tap water.

I visited the Thai restaurant and the food was amazing. It was probably the best of all the restaurants I went to. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. This spot is beautiful and very central beside the beautiful marina and restaurants.
The sun loungers by the pool cost extra. It was not clearly communicated. I was advised to buy coins for the restaurants. These can't be refunded. This was frustrating. I expected more for the price I paid!

this hotel offers a very modern experience with marina views. the room i stayed in was very clean , and the staff provided great , friendly service. the location offers a variety of restaurants with tasty food. i really enjoyed the service around the pool.
the air conditioning did not work at its best , operating only on the lowest fan setting. maintenance tried to fix it several times , but the issue persisted throughout my stay. this was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise great experience.

The room was quite small. I struggled to store my clothes. The private pool was tiny, more like a jacuzzi. It barely got any sun. The staff wasn't really helpful. They seemed miserable.

the location is convenient. multiple restaurants and bars are nearby. it also has access to boat trips. the trips offer fine coastal views at good prices.
the poolside area has a beach vibe. dj sets play daily from noon until 6 pm. the music volume goes up. i was unable to find a quiet place. the resort music proved intrusive. there were not many english speaking channels on tv.
